While I am still not sure of the long game Holgerson is playing, you are correct, his staff is shaping up quite nicely. Getting Jones away from Mack Brown is a pretty good move. Houston is going to have the AAC West locked up for the next couple years, and it may be a two team race as I do not see UCF giving up on the East anytime soon.
