Or I'd be surprised if he is. I do think that he's the winner in the way this Cleveland thing played out, but the fact of the matter is, unless Williams is retained as head coach, I don't think that you can just tie him to whatever new HC is brought in. I'm sure there'd be a chance he's back, but if it's an offensive HC, that would seem like a pairing that would eventually go up in flames.
