Every single one got bashed. No matter what was picked for this one, ppl would still have complained. Which is fine, there will always be people who complained. I will personally judge the trilogy as a whole, but so far I don't really love the story it has told. Personally, I thought Phantom Menace was a good title. Didn't like Attack of the Clones, and was meh on Revenge of the Sith. I think Force Awakens was pretty good, and The Last Jedi solid. Well, Darth Maul got cut in half AND fell down a giant shaft, and they still found a way to bring him back...
