This one in particular deals something with the origins of IT first arriving on earth. Sometime before or after the massacre of the settlers there was a scene they cut where a woman willingly gives her child to IT in hope that she might be spared. I wouldn't be surprised if the scene is different or not in the movie entirely. I can't imagine them giving up that much of a scene in the movie.
