Have to wonder if was some behind the scene disagreement or some type of power struggle between he and BOB and/or ownership. Such an out of nowhere move. He was a very big name during the search when the Texans landed with Gaine. This isn't a very good sign. Going to be a real cluster over the next few weeks. I was just making a joke but considering he did take the more raw talent when he has a QB thats running for his life, it might have helped to get the more immediate guy or make the trade up for Dillard.
