Stop projecting your fantasies. Lakers have a chance to be really, really good - no matter how much you clearly despise them

Absolutely. Probably win it all next year. AD going to hate being criticized by LA media though. I’ll bet my life on it.

Bron's old and AD's probably gonna leave after 2020. Who's gonna carry them? Kuzma?

AD's probably gonna leave after one year? xD PROBABLY!? After he just got traded to the team he wanted to be traded to. Man y'all haters are too much.

Love how ppl are acting like those future swaps will actually mean much.

Lol in 2023 and 2025? Yeah, they might mean a LOT.

Lakers got what they needed, will likely get a ring out of it but Pelicans WORKED you guys. You literally gave them the stars, the sun and the moon when no one else had an offer that came close.

They very well could be worth nothing, but if the Lakers have a down year or two after LeBron retires/regresses then they could be very good.

I think it’s a possibility that he signs a 1+1 next offseason.

AD got away with underperforming in NOLA, that won’t happen in LA. Don’t know if he can handle that, it broke Dwight.

Obviously the pick swaps are high risk/high reward. Its pointless to argue the value now. If AD stays with another max FA and the Lakers remain a top 10 team in the league for the next 6 years, all the picks will be meh. If AD bolts, Lebron retires, and we're back to lotto status then oh boy we're screwed.

If AD bolts after this trade, somebody's head from the LAL FO needs to be put on a spike in front of Staples Center.
No way they make this trade w/o knowing his name's gonna be on the dotted line going forward.

He can say whatever now. If Lebron ain’t back to top 1 status and that team struggles and the media comes after AD...

Going to be an interesting year.
