So a well-oiled machine out of the chute?  Gotcha.

Neither team is going to be a 'well-oiled' machine out of the chute. Rodgers is just a lot better than Trupicksky. Our defense will be a lot better. We are going to kick their ***.

Alright, here are the Backup Quarterbacks officially earning more than Kizer this year;

Brett Hundley, Arizona: $1,125,000
-Remember him?
Matt Schaub, Atlanta: $1,030,000
-38 years old, has not thrown semi-consistantly since 2015.
Robert Griffin III, Baltimore: $1,000,000
-Damaged goods. Was great until injured long ago.
Matt Barkley, Buffalo: $1,250,000
-Had a nice victory for Buffalo once last year, but still so-so.
Chase Daniel, Chicago: $4,000,000
-Never threw enough to justify that money.
Drew Stanton, Cleveland: $2,650,000
-35 years old, was never worth that much money.
Josh Johnson, Detroit: $1,030,000
-Came out of nowhere in Washington for a comeback story last year(and was the 1st Overall AAF pick) Still working with a lot of rust over the years.
A.J. McCarron, Houston: $1,500,000
-All kinds of 'Meh'.
Terrell Pryor, Jacksonville: $930,000
-More of a receiver these days.
Chad Henne, Kansas City: $2,500,000
-34 years old, clipboard holder, hasn't thrown consistently since 2014.
Ryan Fitzpatrick, Miami: $1,500,000
-37 years old, even ignoring his age Miami's price would be too steep since he's mentoring Josh Rosen.
Brian Hoyer, New England: $2,800,000
-Between clipboard stints with New England was the best hope for the Browns before Baker arrived. 34 years old.
Teddy Bridgewater, New Orleans: $1,250,000
-Honestly this one's the best option in my opinion, but that's probably because he's got a chance to replace Brees when/if he retires.
Trevor Siemian, New York Jets: $1,000,000
-Briefly solid with Denver. Dunno if he's better than Kizer.
Mike Glennon, Oakland: $1,000,000
-Known more for the ludicrous contract Chicago signed him to. Like Siemian, dunno if he's better than Kizer.
Josh McCown, Philadelphia: $2,000,000
-Same problem as Fitzpatrick. Mentoring Carson Wentz.
Nate Sudfeld, Philadelphia: $3,095,000
-Who the [BLEEP] is this guy?
Blaine Gabbert, Tampa Bay: $1,000,000
-Reclaimation Project.
Ryan Tannehill, Tennessee: $1,750,000
-Brand new to the backup business, making him a massive outlier.
Colt McCoy, Washington: $3,000,000
-Probably not for that price.
