He's eligible but I doubt it happens. There are likely going to be multiple WRs who are more talented that are practice squad eligible. On top of that Moore sounds like a guy who felt like he deserved a roster spot for simply showing up. If he's really blaming the coaching staff for being cut then we can do better.
