After he was released, Brown confided his evil plan to BB, who was impressed and immediately struck a deal

And if NE cuts him, it’ll be $9M. You’re using the conclusion of your opinion as a basis for the opinion itself, lol. “He tampered to get out of Oakland, he’s making more money this way.” But he’s not making more money... ”Yes he is, because he never planned on playing there.”

A knucklehead like Brown would be much wiser to take the guaranteed money he had already signed for, IMO.

The problem with that is that how does a guy go from being a total knucklehead to suddenly making it through a whole season somewhere else - and for less money? They didnt appeal to his pride or secret genius. BB knows a genius when he sees one. AB will be turned.

animaltested
The football fan in me is uber-salty. The rest of me is impressed with how much AB and BB finessed on the shield. How silly must Mike Mayock feel about being such a pathetic little pawn?

I guarantee that Bill has a way of vibing with strong personalities. Randy Moss, Chad Johnson, James Harrisson, Rodney Harrisson, Michael/Martellus Bennett, he’s got a decent history of working with what some would consider “problem” players. I’m not convinced Brown will be a success story in NE, though.
animaltested
BTW, BB has transcended from Darth Sidious, to Darth Plageuis. Edited September 8, 2019 by animaltested

I just don't see it the same way you do. I genuinely think AB is that petty.
