Since we have no idea what the board will end up looking like, that surprised me. I wanted to understand your thought. That's not true I did not outright reject the idea of a safety, if that safety is a number one safety versus any old defensive tackle big fat guy. But if a big-time defensive tackle is there and a number one safety is there then I want the big fat guy that's what I was saying
eagles suck
Call me crazy but I would trade 3rd this year and 4th next year to move up and take Isaiah Simmons.

Total baller. I’m completely convinced that the old coaching staff would have had no idea how to maximize his talent. Would the new staff?
resilient part 2
Like some guys stated in the other thread, a Big time TE should be a priority.. No particular order, DT FS TE and maybe WR regardless of Cooper

To me I would play him at strong safety to roam the field. He's a Predator. Ertz Goddard Engram Hooper? Kittles Andrews These are all the good TEs we are facing next year. I would love to see him glued to them to take them out of their game.

I think there’s a greater possibility given Green Bay’s history of drafting DBs. But with Simmons being an oddly sized LB, who knows. With the possible switch to a 3-4, is there a possibility of drafting Simmons to play LB next to LVE and move Jaylon to the weak side OLB who can rush and drop in coverage? DLaw playing the strong side OLB who doesn’t drop into coverage almost ever? Or is it a pipe dream cuz Jaylon is too undersized to hold the edge and bang with Olineman every play? WizardHawk
He took longer to declare than I thought and was beginning to wonder if he was staying.... Dallas at 17, seems like it's not out of the question.

Y'know...I could see him being a Justin Smith-esque player for us under Nolan/Tomsula.

WizardHawk
Iowa loses OT Tristan Wirfs as well. I believe he is a top 10 pick, so should push someone down to 17.
