Never had it (or any Japanese brand), but I’ll consider that a recommendation. Mostly stuck with Black/Blue, depending on my company (but always Blue if it’s on the firm), but I have a soft spot for I.W. My "daily driver" lately has been The Balvene 12 - about the same cost as a bottle of Black label (maybe a little bit more) but a good, consistent single malt that you can find just about anywhere. Oban 14 is my next go-to, but it's a bit more costly, maybe the same price as JW Green Label. If I had the budget, I'd stick to Oban as a daily... The Japanese stuff is so good, but it can get pricey.
