The crazy thing is if he decides to handover play-calling I'm not confident that he'll ever become an elite CEO/Program Leader or even a good one. What's missed in the Kyle Shanahan and Sean McVay "OC HC hires" is that they both had elite qualities as Program Leader Head Coaches.
