patriotsheatyan
Better in their prime? Who do you think will have a better career when they are over?

Soko
In their prime, I’d take Palmer.
Uncle Buck
Cousins may not have hit his prime yet. Hard to say.
iknowcool
I'm leaning towards Cousins, but it's hard to say. When Palmer imploded (and he did plenty), it led to multiple turnover performances. At least when Cousins plays bad, it's usually just missed throws or timid play from the pocket. ravishingone
Palmer was a legitimate MVP candidate when the Cards lost the NFC championship game. Cousins has never gotten close to that level.

For Palmer he ended up with too many mediocre seasons to be considered elite though.

I m not sure Cousins with his current career arc would end up being better. For me, I consider elite Hall of Fame worthy. I believe neither has reached thar level.
SteelKing728
Cousins is okay, but I'm taking Palmer. I don't think he breaks down as much as Kirk does.

Jlowe22
I think Kirk has potential to be pretty dang good. I think he winds up with a better career. But as has been said, Palmer has been a legit MVP candidate.
