Idk, the longer this goes the more I think it might be Stefanski. Maybe they’re waiting until after they play today to announce it as to not be a distraction to the the team playing. Then get their input on potential GM/DC/OC slots. Go interview or at least learn about all of those guys, and then evaluate them as whole units rather than just one person alone. That's the issue with the "alignment" argument. Who decides what we're aligning to and what makes JW, Jimmy, and others qualified to know what matters and what doesn't. A group can be aligned going in the wrong direction. That's always been the issue for the Haslams. The issue isn't alignment per se, but finding the right Culture/Program Leader first then aligning the organization to that Vision/Leader. Perfect alignment while driving off a cliff means nothing.
