Pray a bunch of people don’t get sick.

;)

We Calvinists get a bad rap. We will pray for that and trust God, but we also do things like buckle our seatbelts. ;)

Tbh, it’s more common for us to pray for things like peace, strength, faith, for doctors to have wisdom, guidance, etc than to use God as a magic genie in a bottle. Those stereotypes always get a chuckle from me.

I’m currently praying that the 3-4 day husband wife honeymoon cabin getaway we have planned for next week doesn’t have the monthly visitor, or for death, so...priorities man.

Studies show that both the flu shot and nasal spray work. For adults, doctors found that the nasal spray works just as well as the flu shot. In 2009, they found that the nasal spray worked better in children. But later studies didn’t show that it was any more effective than the shot. Whether you get the shot or spray is up to you.

I have a great solution. Lets increase taxes on all communities. Public Education needs to be open, so lets ensure that teachers and students have all the PPE they need and can meet all guidelines. This will obviously raise the budget significantly, but no one should have an issue since this is such a pressing issue. No issues right?

I'm actually curious if the narrative would change. I have no issue going back, as long as my students and I are properly protected. Shouldn't be an issue based on the monologue.

lets make this real simple, what was he getting at? whats the point of literally leaving out all context?

By not mandating masks he (the governor) is telling people that they don't have to wear them, and that it's ok not to wear them. I honestly didn't think that I would have to type that.

He's making it worse by suing the Mayor for mandating them. This is not leadership. It's literally spitting in the face of everyone actively trying to slow the spread in a state that has one of the highest positivity rates in the country.
