scar988
With the 143rd pick in the 2020 NFL draft, the Atlanta Falcons select cornerback, Lamar Jackson, out of Nebraska. While we took Dantzler earlier in the draft and also have promising young corners Isaiah Oliver and Kendall Sheffield, adding Lamar Jackson makes this group 5-6 deep worth of corners to compete for starting roles. We didn’t have a CB we truly loved early in the draft for the starter so battling all year for the starting roles is the best solution we can come up with. Iron sharpens Iron and hopefully, these guys all take their reps against Ridley and Julio in practice to heart and use them to improve I don’t know who is on the clock. Will come back and post that next. Edited April 10, 2020 by scar988
