All of this tax talk makes me happy about news like this. Finally things seem back to almost normal.

About 10 years ago I had a really nice IRS agent who went above/beyond to help me with an issue they totally dropped the ball on that had me spiraling down the "oh no I'm going to get audited and have to hire a lawyer for a mistake that was their fault" wormhole.

One "Attn: (Guys name here)" fax and the problem was solved within a few weeks.

Lol churches must be different here my guy.  We’ve got pastors with private jets preaching in arenas that hold like 15k people.

And that is an abuse of their position and power.

Completely honest question, what should a guy who leads a church of 15k be paid?

My issue isn’t how much they make, it’s the lack of taxes.

Address the latter and the former is irrelevant imo.

I mean Emerson was taken as a result of a trade down last year and was fantastic.

If you’re expecting a second round rookie to be the savior of this team, I’ve got some bad news for you.

Not expecting a savior, but a plug and play starter in the 2nd > than gambling on striking absolute gold again like we did with Emerson as a strategy at this point IMO.

According to the scripture, money that isn’t NEEDED by the pastor should go to poor people anyways.

So in a perfect world a pastor makes $174,846,639,002,268,158,579

What would they be taxed on? Donations? That is what they run on.

In all likely hood the day of the mega church is over anyway.

Down turn in economy and lower g church numbers all together they likely will not survive.

Columbus vineyard has laid off half of its staff.

We are probably at least 6 weeks or longer off a perfect world. Maybe the 25 election solves, I am sure you guys will put out a tip top candidate.
