Well...dang. MRI for “lower leg injury” that may require surgery? I’m thinking syndosmosis tear, Achilles rupture, Or lisfranc.

Apparently it’s an ankle and was due to a “freak accident” during a play. Wonder if he just tripped over a lineman or something

At his age, and where it happened, the Achilles has to be the big fear.

I think it’s time for us all to reset our expectations for this year, as much as that sucks to say. The thought of sneaking into the playoffs was fun, but it feels a game or two out of reach now. That pass rush had so much upside...

Brutal sport. Just brutal.

I wonder if Von is done in Denver. Can save $18m by cutting him after this season, and that $18m feels like it might end up in Justin Simmons bank account

I really think Von was going to have an awesome year. Still easily a Hall of Famer when it’s all over, but he was setting a good pace to really climb up the all time sack list and it’s probably a lot tougher now. And man he’s been so healthy his entire career outside of the ACL...too bad.
