The general public will most likely not be privy to any of what is said behind closed doors. Any OC we kind of know what they know and what they like already if you do the research. It is about the HC hiring the right coordinators and the willingness to listen and learn but not be absent. Lead the whole team and let the coordinators do their jobs. If all works well, they will be in lockstep and function as a coaching unit rather than individual fiefdoms. Couple that with being on the same page as the FO and the dysfunction goes away.
