League average is 4. 6 more completions moves him from Josh Allen/Andy Dalton territory in completion %, to Mitch Trubisky/Kirk Cousins territory. Hard to do the others without knowing like average depth of target of those completions or something. But unless we're talking a couple of those drops being like 80 yard TDs, it's just going to move him to league average in efficiency stats instead of below average, and that's about it. But half the drops have been by RBs/TEs so I doubt their deep bombs. And one of those drops supposedly came from a Josh McCown pass.

He's boasting a fantastic TD and INT rate, but a poor completion %. The completion % is really the only poor number, which in turn hurts Y/A. Granted that's quite the stat to be struggling with, and hopefully he is a more consistent 60-65% thrower going forward. I think drops and maybe throwaways have definitely bogged down his completion % more than it does for others since outside of the Atlanta game, he hasn't been particularly inaccurate. Last week he only completed 59% of his passes but watching the game you'd never suspect that since he missed only a couple of throws.

To be fair, all those drops by the Falcons DBs is kinda the reason his INT numbers look so good.. I dont think its fair to say its "very probable" Agholor makes it a 60 yard TD. Though he should have absolutely caught it and it would have been a sizable first down.

I'm sure when he's retired people will put it into more of a perspective than they do now, and we'll realise just how ridiculous he is/was. He's definitely not perfect, but aside from the first half of the Falcons game he's been really good. The team has really screwed the pooch for him in the first 3 games. He's lost 20% of his total would be passing yards, 2-3 TD, 1.3 Yards per attempt, and about 9% completion percentage to receiver error so far this season. Oh and if not for those dropped touchdowns in both the Falcons game and Lions game, we'd be 4-0. That's not even hyperbole.

I think Brady is at fault here. He doesn't trust 1st or 2nd year pass catchers. I do hope Michel gets more involved in the passing game. It's necessary with an average OL.
