Rookie pass rushers tend not to put up big numbers their first year...so this doesn't surprise me. quiller Posted November 19, 2020 Share Posted November 19, 2020 I didn’t see anyone with the upside of Lamb. I did think Chaisson would have been okay early 2nd or late 1st. I have never been real found if undersized DL or edge guys. I have no problem think Lamb is our best but... I think he is a better fit for a what we have in the O right now. Rookie WRs were notoriously not supposed to produce till year 3. I see the league is changing into a passing game which is helping that stereotype, but rookie pass rushers get no sympathy from rookie WRs when it comes to development.
