I watch hockey a lot and have seen teams completely change philosophies with a new GM and/or a new coach. Seem less so in football. With the Packers I see a lot of resistance to change in certain areas. - What you mentioned about being a ball hawk. Rallying to the ball. I have just not seen that outside of rare flashes in a few games - Trades. They seem content about building through the draft. Only recent under Gute have I seen them be slightly more aggressive in FA but the lack of aggression in trading to improve the roster confuses me.
