DannyB Posted November 2, 2020 Share Posted November 2, 2020 If I was NFL commish, new rule I'd institute simply because it annoys the balls outta me: If a ball is clearly dropped and not a fumble and whistles are clearly blowing from like multiple refs, and as a defender you still decide to pick it up and run it like 40 yards down the field, you're getting a delay of game penalty.
