He led the league in one stat twice, most interceptions. He had a 31.8 rating before getting hurt in a very winnable NFCCG. When he got hurt in 2013 Luke McCown put up a 109 rating in 5 games with his team (Cutler was an 89.2 rated QB that year) Cutler was trash, so unless you think Cousins is trash then Cousins is better.
