Let's entertain this for a second here.

Looking at Blount's stats, one could argue his "peak" was 2016 where he eclipsed 1,000 yards and had 18 touchdowns for the Patriots. The problem with Blount is that, outside of that single year and his rookie year, he never went over 781 rushing yards, and he never hit more than 7 TD's in this entire career.

Derrick Henry, on the other hand, has a 3 year (and counting) stretch right now where he's averaging (and this is still with games left to be played in 2020, mind you):

  • 1,285 rushing yards (more than Blount ever had in a single season in his CAREER)
  • 13 rushing touchdowns

HE'S AVERAGING THAT.

Oh, and for the past 2 seasons, he's averaged over 100 yards/game, something Blount NEVER did once in his career. Blount never even got past 77 yards/game in his career. Henry has been at 5.0 yards/attempt his entire career. Blount got to that mark twice, his rookie year and his 4th year. In his "best" year, he averaged 3.9 YPC.

This thread is a joke.

King Henry isn't human so it's really not fair to compare him to others.

The debate should be for who's second best.

I'll debate him against Chubb. Henry is averaging 4.9 per carry and Chubb is averaging 4.4 per carry after first contact so...

You are doing great having either but it isn't Henry by a decent margin by any means. Chubb is averaging 6.3 per carry and I believe over 13 per carry in the 4th quarter of games.
