Their defensive metrics are vastly inflated from playing the NFCE in the first 4 out of 5 games, when all four were bottom dwellers of the NFL. DVOA doesn’t take into account at what point they played them. They also had one of the easiest schedules in the NFL. Their weighted DVOA is #1 in the NFL.... Quote Weighted DVOA: A version of DVOA that gives recent games more weight than games early in the season to try to get an idea of how teams have improved or declined over time

As already pointed out, LAR are #1 in weighted DVOA and DVOA already accounts for schedule strength. Further, the Rams had the 10th most difficult schedule. https://www.footballoutsiders.com/stats/nfl/team-efficiency/2020

They got Kyle Allen + Alex Smith in his first game back so that's one small advantage they got, but the PHI and NYG offenses were basically just butt all year so idk that timing really mattered. If anything playing Philly early on in the season when they were healthiest made it a tougher matchup. It was within 4 points the entire game.

Honestly, I'm really shocked by the Tampa defense being a top pass defense. I only watched/followed them a handful of games, but it looked like they were getting smoked most of the time. I can only think of their Green Bay game as a game where they bullied a top passing offense.
