So if we took on Julio’s deal as is we would have around 8 million remaining correct? (im not the brightest guy and not a capologist) With that remaining money, should the Titans be looking to add another piece or 2 with that money? If an NFL owner/ownership group is ever making football decisions based on immediate cash flow, they should be stripped of the team. You have a multi-billion dollar asset that is in high demand and appreciates in value every single year. If you can’t afford the day-to-day costs of owning an NFL team (and that’s what renovations and contract restructures are, basic operational expenses), then you shouldn’t own an NFL team.
