Arguably if he plays just average, in terms of talent he is the best CB the Vikings have had since Antonie Winfield and has been 9 years since he played here. Xavier Rhodes was great but is not the same type of talent Patrick Peterson was or as consistent long term. Yes, still need a Safety (wouldn’t mind Harris for continuity sake) and a stop gap Guard. Maybe they can get him cheap. He was a very good player two years ago. Just have to hope they can use him again in that role but that is dependent upon the CBs holding their own.
