TG starting could be as simple as Moehrig going down. If he plays better than Heath he’s right there. Helps ST too. What player would you have drafted that could’ve started? All the picks right now are “potential starters” IMO. Or at least that’s the goal. only guys who stood out for a trade up were Trey Smith, Nixon, Wilson, Deonte Brown

MrOaktown_56
GIllespie is a good player. A kollmann darling. Never was gonna go that early. But he can play strong AND free safety. A good get at this stage. As Brett said, he covered Kyle Pitts, tackled Najee Harris at the goal line, pass breakups on Devonta smith, etc. etc. A very solid future 3rd safety. If we cut Heath and signed Sherman it would all make sense.

CaliforniaKid7
I don’t want Wilson if they’re planning on using him like Hankins. I don’t think Wilson can be that guy at the next level IMO.

Geezy
have y'all not see the garbage we've trotted out at S year over year? Y'all mad at addressing a problem position, with a quality player?

Jeremy408
You can’t say that you would’ve picked somebody in the first round and then draft another player at his position the next day. Only way this makes sense is if they’re switching him to strong safety. Then it makes complete sense
Humble_Beast
maybe we can get a RB with one of these last pick. We could cut Richard and Heath and save like 7-8m. Give that money to Heyward or Sherman.
