Perhaps you're being sarcastic, but theres no evidence that he would (or will) succeed at Safety. Safety isnt the place where bad Corners go to thrive. Safeties need to have coverage skills as well and outside his good season at Iowa, Jackson's yet to show at the NFL level that he has has the skills necessary to make it - at the starter level at least. Like DR before him, Jackson's troubles at CB coincided with depth at the Safety position - so moving him there wasnt as easy as plug and play. We'll see what the Giants have in store for him.
