However, running the ball for the sake of running the ball continues to be a problem with Mike Zimmer. Cook was ineffective the entire game, the passing offense was working in the 4th quarter and in overtime. They, once again, went away from what was working just to run “their brand”. Cook was effective in the 1st half. The Passing game, with this Oline, was 50/50 at best

Guest
Well...guys, on paper this should've been an easy, double digit win. But, on grass, between the lines the Vikings stunk for 3 quarters. I think this team is just not as good as all the off season maneuvers indicated. Now they can still turn it around, but the opponents only get more talented. It may be a long, sad season. Snake Plissken
Referees missed the calls twice that lead to reviews twice. And the replay booth gets both calls wrong. NFL needs to do a much better job with the validity of replay.
Snake Plissken
Zimmer needs a larger talent advantage.

Just my 2 cents. Probably wasn't a fumble, but we got outplayed

babababa
I don't know how we can see Cook's behind on the ground while the ball is still in his arm and not have that be Vikings ball. Not enough to overturn the call? The second his but touches the ground he's DOWN. That's enough.

I personally believe it was just the wrong call even ruling it a fumble. Refs are just thought to call it because of the review. No doubt were we outplayed but losing that way stings
babababa
The o-line was miserable -- complete failure across the line. I miss Riley Reiff. The Vikings shouldn't have messed with him last year.

Nzd07
Pierce looked good. Tomlinson, not so much. Also didn’t hear Patrick Peterson’s name all day. He either got hurt or played really well haha

vikesfan89
So I think I only saw 1 player with a mask on the sidelines. Were they just not showing makes up players or are the Vikings going to have some repercussions?
