He's definitely a coach that enjoys a complete rebuilt and he was an assistant there under Cutcliffe. Word is he hasn't been happy with blame being dumped on him for the ex-assistant domestic violence stuff in the offseason(whole leadership deserves blame but Mac let him be a DC for a game). If that's truly the case I don't see any way that him staying another season is good for either side. Appreciate what he did for CU but this years team should be 8-3.
