Why? Mike Brown is a good coach. He started to take over the Warriors defense this season and has done wonders with it. He has an uphill climb cause it’s a ****ty franchise but Mike Brown deserves another shot.

hasnt been a head coach since 2014 and his playoff resume leaves alot to be desired. Not really a fan of retread head coaches in the nba.

Well if you include the playoff games he coached for the Warriors when Kerr was out then that playoff resume looks a lot better. He’s a good choice for a franchise that needs a leader. The choice was Brown or Mark Jackson…. This was by far the easiest choice and best choice

He can't coach offense.

It's Jeanie's ex-fiance, it isn't that surprising.

Who do you want the Lakers to hire? Seems like you guys are at somewhat of a cross roads considering that you only have a few guys under contract heading into next season and only THT/AD under contract following next year.

Rumblings are they're potentially waiting to hire either Doc Rivers or Quin Snyder.

"Going into the season, Deandre Ayton did not feel valued by this Phoenix organization," Adrian Wojnarowski said. Ayton did not speak to reporters after the loss. He appeared to have a confrontation with Williams on the sideline at one point in the second half, but what exactly was said has not been confirmed.

Should Ayton venture out into the market this offseason, Wojnarowski expects him to receive a max offer from somebody. Five teams are currently positioned for major cap space this offseason: the Spurs, Magic, Pistons, Pacers and Trail Blazers.

The Suns already offered him the 4 year max other teams can offer him.
