We'll never truly know how good or bad of a drafter Mayock was as Gruden likely had final say. However some picks he's come out and completely owned taking (Arnette for example, woof). Gruden made the 1st round picks who have ultimately been busts, outside of Jacobs and Miller. Free agents didnt pan out either. I truly don't think may I actually got to make any pics he wanted to.
