This is the owner that fired about 15 head coaches and GMs during the first 6 years of his reign because he couldn't control his impulses or make good football decisions (and ended up owing them a lot of $). He seems to have his fingerprints all over another impulsive football decision that makes questionable financial sense. If we're talking about pinching his pennies and protecting his stack when it comes to giving hard working truckers what they deserve then that logic is valid, but all logic goes out the window with this guy when it comes to football. Are you saying he is paying off the jury so they won't indict him? Or that he did his homework and talked to the accusers?
