He's handed Rodgers way too much control and now we have reverted back to running the ancient Mike McCarthy offense again. LaFleur needs to show some stones and put Rodgers in his place now that he is playing far off his MVP pace of the past few years. LaFleur's coaching hires have also been subpar. I'm not sure that LaFleur has handled adversity very well. It's been pretty much smooth sailing for him the past three years, and now that we've hit a rough patch he doesn't seem to have any answers. Also .. his in game decision making is sketchy. Blowing three timeouts with five minutes left in game was puzzling. He failed to hold onto a timeout to use in case of a coaches challenge.
