They’ve been playing this well w/o Holcomb too. You’d have to imagine that they’d be playing better even if Holcomb was healthy & if Juice was healthy plus Young. Re-signing Holcomb & Payne is more important than splurging on other teams FAs IMO. They need to keep this group in tact. I’d draft a few corners & sign a mid tier vet.
