Ive thrown out that idea numerous times to help fix cap issues. Or have one designated player of your choosing that doesnt affect cap. Exclusive Franchise Tag: No one Non-Exclusive Franchise Tag: QB Jackson RB Pollard TE Engram RB Jacobs RB Barkley DT Payne All 6 Non-Exclusive tagged players can negotiate with other teams, but originating team has right to match. it’s been a while since we have seen non-exclusive tags used, it’s usually just exclusive tag.
