Do they though? They just signed two legit LB for the price of Roquan, plus still have thier 2nd rd draft pick to use.

Thier not!

3 for 1 combo

In all fairness Roquan has 3 separate personalities when not medicated, so he is his own 3-for-1 combo. So who really got more?

Honestly though Smith was never a problem on the field, off the field he was a child. Poles wasn't having it and moved on. I hope he does well for BAL, just not if/when they play CHI. lol

Happy for Edmunds. Classy player who deserves to get paid on the open market.

I think he fleeced the Bears. He’s a solid linebacker that’s being paid like an elite one due to age, size, and athleticism.

He is wild and reckless in his run fits & is routinely out of position. Not what I like in a linebacker personally. He can do everything you ask him to do, but not with any consistency. He’s like the polar opposite of Jack Sanborn & TJ Edwards.

SO if you already have those two players, and have a bunch of Cash that you must spend (by NFL rule) then why not take the shot on the extremely toolsy young guy that if you can harness could be a big time impact player?

Because you could use that money on like 2-3 solid players that you know are gonna be serviceable. Again, he’s not bad. But the idea that he’s this superstar LB is wrong.

Guess what... We still have plenty of money to do that in addition to this move

Roquan got 60mil guaranteed for a 5 year deal

I don’t think 50mil guaranteed over 4 for Edmunds supports that math of those 2 LBs being cheaper. It may but I doubt it

Besides stop trying to ruin my ex gf analogy

Aas long as we get to point out that the current agent-less GF is wreaking all kinds of havoc

So the anti Jack Campbell?

Bears could have spent the money better going after Hargrave.
