I agree about the stadium, and finding local money isn't easy anymore. So maybe they have to find 2 billion just for that. So maybe they will have some debt to service for 10 years, and maybe they don't make any money for a little while, but making money on the team isn't the main reason someone wants to buy an NFL team.
