Sure they have an awesome history but given the terrible PR with their forced name change, sketchy Owner, apparently brutal stadium and lack of any recent success... they are worth roughly $1.5B MORE than the Broncos? It's also high level access to the single highest concentration of politically important people, combined with a ready-made cause to meet those people. If you've got wheels to grease, hard to come up with a better investment. And it's a football team, they always go way above market.
