Kid has the chance to be the best player on the field at any given time. The draft is about projection and what they can become, not what they currently are. Tons of positive traits watching film that translate and show he can be really good from the pocket, he just needs a tweak with his footwork and mechanics. If he does bust, at least Indy swung for the fences instead of playing to safe and they get a top pick again in a few years.
