Madmike90 Posted October 8, 2023 Share Posted October 8, 2023 Was just thinking about Flus saying they were looking at all options for the defensive staff...pretty sure you can't hire someone from another staff mid-season so anyone being added would need to be out of work right now...Kris Richard could be an interesting addition...his links to Seattle with Dan Quinn and the "Cover 3" are obvious but the most interesting fit comes from from his last few years working with Dennis Allen in New Orleans...for me that defence is the one causing a ton of teams issues... Three teams currently running that D...Saints with Allen...Lions with Aaron Glenn...Falcons with Ryan Nielsen... Points Allowed (All under 21 points per game) Saints - 9th Overall Falcons - 10th Overall Lions - 13th Overall Yards Per Play Allowed (All under 4.8YPP) Lions - 3rd Overall Falcons - 6th Overall Saints - 8th Overall 3rd Down Conversion % (All under 38% allowed) Falcons - 8th Overall Lions - 11th Overall Saints - 12th Overall Applying some of those concepts could really help us in key areas.
