LaFleur is soft, this team practices soft and it plays soft. 

I don't want to fire LaFleur, but he needs to figure this out or any time we play a team that wants to "take us to the deep water" we're going to drown every single time.

Yup.  Teams like SF, Philly, now Detroit.  TB a few years back.

Well we saw them lose 40-10 on thanksgiving in 2013 and then in 2018 they lost 31-0 at home to wrap up the season

Yup the coaching philosophy between the two couldn't be more different. We're soft, always have been and always will be under Lafleur. We get punched in the mouth and have no answer
