They have to understand they cant start games slow every week and expect to turn it on late and barely win games. The defense isnt good anymore with all the injuries and the offense is going to have to do most of the heavy lifting. Learn how to run the ball and control the clock. Allen cant be wreckless with turnovers and they just have to score early and often. Right now they look like a team that will barely make the playoffs if not miss the playoffs altogether.
