naptownskinsfan
Didn’t think of kickers. The classic example for Washington is probably David Akers and Graham Gano.
bigbadbuff
Jason Peters turned into an all pro and had a hall of fame career after getting traded from Buffalo. Marshawn Lynch became a household name, all pro and superbowl champ. Wyatt Teller more recently.
SteelKing728
I forgot about Daniel Carlson. We almost ruined him after 2 games and now he's a top 10 kicker for the Raiders haha

Leonard Floyd Both of these were cases of not having the weight of being a 1st rounder on them anymore...I sort of knew both would be good elsewhere. BarnettOSU
Lawrence Guy. Wasn’t much in Green Bay but turned into a decent player outside.

Going from the GOAT Punter in Lechler to a very good King to an All-Pro in Cole was nice. Then going from a super solid K in Janikowski for years and years to a top 5 K in Carlson was great. Too bad everything else stinks.
iknowcool
Panthers drafted Harrison Butker, then waived him before he played a regular season game. Now he's the second most accurate kicker (by FG%) in NFL history.
-Hope-
i can’t help but feel like i’m missing someone obvious, but the only one i can remember at the moment for the titans is jack doyle, who we cut as a rookie UDFA and went on to become a serviceable TE for the colts. AFlaccoSeagulls
For the Ravens: Zach Seiler Matthew Judon (was like good here but got even better in NE) Darren Waller Breshad Perriman (was awful here and become below average in TB) Darious Williams There could be more but I think I hit the major players recently. TOUCAN
I feel like Montez Sweat is on this trajectory where he was good in Washington but could be elite for Chicago.

Casey Hayward is a better example imo. He was average at best in GB then immediately became an all pro once he went to the Chargers.
