Very small percentage chance he's not back. Don't think he's going to be highly motivated to start over at this point in his career with a new wife and 1 year old, and I don't think Gute is going to be motivated to move on from a LT of his caliber with a new franchise QB that he's going to pay this offseason. This of course all depends on how the scans look after exit interviews, but from what I remember of his press conference in Sept, seemed like they were attacking the root cause of his on/off swelling and the knee itself looked good otherwise (healthy ACL, no bone-on-bone issues). 3-9 at this point staring at a top 8 pick, they're probably closing the door, 6-6 staring at a wild card bid, they're probably opening the door to compete for a SB next year while the cap hits are low in Jordan's contract. 3 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
