That makes total sense, I just never really processed it past Martinez. I didn't even know Blake was leading in tackles (all are 4+ yards downfield though so they shouldn't count!) We're playing with only 1 LB on like 3/4 of our snaps. It's pretty much inevitable lol

I guess I just thought I would have read somewhere by now BLAKE MARTINEZ, LEADING TACKLER, DPOY CANDIDATE???! before that tweet lol. I just hadn't seen anyone post once that he was leading is all. Our fanbase, at least on here, has a super duper weird obsession with stud ILBs too. I think it's because we've had so few real good ones over the years so they just lust for them. Anyone who isn't Pat Willis or Ray Lewis, or doesn't run a 4.2 40 and get 20 TFL a game is an average athlete scrub.

Allen Lazard I wish someone would do an all 22 of him to see how good he has actually been the last couple games. I know he has made some good plays but is he getting open consistently? But theres been opportunities for more catches. That's all the guys though. Lazard had a gimme TD if Rodgers puts it in the back of the endzone on the play when Allison stepped OB going to the EZ . Leader
Ryan Wood - Hackett describes Aaron Jones and Jamaal Williams -- or maybe Jamaal Williams and Aaron Jones, he didn't specify -- as "1A and 1B." Both important to the offense. Hackett asked when he knows an offense is trending in right direction, says important to spread ball around: "I think it's awesome when you have six guys score a touchdown, you make a defense have to cover everybody. I think that's huge." Sounds a lot like the Packers right now. Packers OC Nathaniel Hackett smiles when asked about Aaron Jones' block on MVS TD : "That was awesome. Everybody was obviously real excited about the touchdown, but I was up there in the box screaming, 'Did you guys see that block?'" Says Jones gets half credit for the TD. Leader
Zach Kruse - Of the 33 NFL players with at least 5 kickoff returns this season, Packers rookie Darrius Shepherd ranks 32nd in kick return average at 16.3 yards/return. Only Pittsburgh's Ryan Switzer has been worse (16.2).
