I think when joe went down it was such a loss they didn’t want to change the rest of the Lineman mid season and instead just started Drango. Agree. And all things being considered, Drango was serviceable for the most part.

OhioG
I wonder if the coaching staff was intent on not disturbing Shon Colemans growth because I dont know why they didnt move him to the left side. Obviously that doesnt matter as much against 3-4 teams because the could just shift the speed rusher to the right, but one could assume its always better to have the QB's blind side get the best protection
OhioG
Unrealistic Quick Mock Steelers realize Joe Haden doesnt have the speed to be a CB and cut him saving 7 million on cap space and we sign him back and tell him he will be our Charles Woodson. Move him to FS and watch him play for another 5-8 years. Plus Joe Haden is Mr Cleveland We movie Jamie Collins to MLB. Joe Schobert to SLB FA Kyle Fuller - CB - Beast $$$ Joe Haden - FS - Read above $$$ Terrelle Pryor - WR - Homeboy learned grass is not always greener on the other side. Your trade value equals the 7th pick. Do you see us trading that high for him? If you traded up to #17, we could keep #35 for a receiver or o-lineman perhaps. Lol definitely didnt know the value was #7 pick. I was thinking between 12-17 But I would prefer trading up to 10 and picking up the best CB in the draft. I however dont see it likely where a team would be willing to go down from top 10 for 2 2nds and 3rd and a 5th even if the points add up.
OhioG
How would people feel if at #15 pick, the the best CBs are still available we pull of this trade Danny Shelton for say #15 (Chargers Pick) Chargers need a run stopper and being in contention they dont want to wait for a DT to develop. We can be in position to draft someone like a Denzel Ward or Carlton Davis 1) Sam Darnold - QB - Elite. Best QB in the draft1) Saquon Barkley - RB - Elite. Best RB in the draft1) Denzel Ward/Carlton Davis - CB - Best CB in draft Trade up to mid 20s for 33 + 4th + 4th1) Da'Ron Payne - DT - Loved this kid in the NC game. Can develop while Coley/Brantley/Oganjobi/Meder rotate 2) Duke Ejiofor - DE - Watching our pass rush die without Myles or Ogbah was soul crushing. 2) BPA - OT3) BPA - TE

Figured while Vita Vea has a higher pass rushing potential, DTs often times take a season or 2 to develop. With the Chargers being in a small window with Rivers arm looking weaker each year, they could be tempted to get the proven run stuffer who will be 25 at the start of the season
