Both of those guys are perfect examples of how to develop QB position. Find talented, smart & competitive QB. Give them time, stability (coaching/scheme) & playmakers. Crazy to think they are both still improving. Bucky Brooks - It takes a village to nurture a young QB. Strong organizational structure with good coaches and a solid scheme. Plus, a collection of playmakers who make the game easier for him. Bills and Chiefs put on a Master Class in QB development. /// Let's see.... Packers need a different passing scheme to advance as what they've been doing has failed. Bigger, slower, possession type hasn't worked; time to adjust and change to a KC, Buffalo type passing offense. Smaller, quicker, faster wr's to catch and watch them go.
